MACHINERY
Large capacity machining centres
COYMEP has CNC-controlled machining and boring centres with a capacity of up to 12 metres on the “X” axis, 4 metres on the “Y” axis, and 1.5 metres on the “Z” axis, with an automatic head changer and a controlled rotary table for 30 tonnes of cargo.

It has a vertical CNC-controlled lathe with a capacity of up to 4 metres in diameter and 3 metres high. It also has horizontal CNC lathes with a capacity of up to 1.5 metres in diameter and 5 metres in length, with a head and reinforced points for machining 15 tonnes between points.

It also has a horizontal lathe with a motorised head that allows for boring and milling in the same setting with a capacity of 600 mm in diameter and 3 metres between points.

COYMEP has an area of 4,900 square metres distributed into 4,000 square metres of floor space for production and assembly, 400 square metres of offices, and 500 square meters of underground garage. It also has cranes of 63+20, 40+10, 10, and 2 tonnes for forming pieces and carrying out assemblies.
Professional machining expert operators
COYMEP 2000, S.L. is made up of a group of 20 professionals who work at the Oiartzun facilities, young people with experience and a dynamic and versatile character to adapt to the different situations and demands of our clients.
It is a consolidated group with managers who have more than 30 years of experience and who, in turn, learned from their mentors, those who created the company in its early days.
Of the 20 people, 15 work in production, either in machining or assembly. The remaining 5 are those corresponding to Management, Purchasing, Administration, and Quality Control.

COYMEP has the necessary means for the proper inspection of the machining operations carried out, and has also held the ISO 9001 certificate since 2005, for proper quality management.

For COYMEP, a very important part in the delivery of our products are the deadlines, so we pay special attention to the delivery dates, always guaranteeing the delivery date agreed upon with the client.
